Students will work on creating shading and perspective techniques by creating a fall/ pumpkin themed still life. We will create a colorful background using watercolor paint.

Students will create a colorful turkey painting working on creating texture in a painting and mixing colors. $10 per student

Students will learn about artist Vincent Van Gogh and create their own winter themed version of “ Starry Night.” Students will express their creativity to create an original work of art. They will learn different painting techniques to create texture in their paintings. Class will be held with 6-12 kids registered. During this 6 week session, students will meet on Tuesday’s to create a variety of art projects. Class will start either January 7th or 14th and meet for the next 6 Tuesdays. We will focus on learning new drawing, painting and clay sculpting skills. Some projects we will cover are: landscape painting, self portraits, still life drawing, one-point perspective drawing and Abstract Art. Each week students will take home an original work of art. Class is $50 for the full 6 weeks or $10 per class. You will receive 1 free class attending all 6 classes within the session.
