Rainforest animals will be the theme for this fun class! Students will choose a rainforest animal to draw in the tree top canopy. Students will have the choice to draw and paint in an Amate theme painting using non-realistic fluorescent colors or draw/ paint in a realistic style.
Students will learn about artist Van Gogh and his expressive art style. Students will use a variety of art materials to create their own version of Starry Night.
Students will learn the steps to create a pinch pot and turn their pinch pot into an animal. You will need to attend another class on a later date to paint, or you can take home your creation to paint.
